Completely incompetent!! Our franchise location has been billed no less than 6 times for work done at an unrelated franchise location about 200 miles away. One or two mistakes is one thing, but we called each time after receiving the erroneous billing statement and we were assured it would be corrected. No such luck! Another statement arrived this weekend with a "10 DAY DEMAND" to pay with a name and number for collections. This is like trying to bill a McDonald's in Minneapolis for work done at a Milwaukee location. Get it together!!

I hired Summit to inspect and maintain the fire suppression system on my paint booth. I was given a quote of $147+tax before the work was done which I agreed to. I recieved the final invoice and was charged $249.70. There were extra charges added they claimed cannot be predetermined so they add them when the work is complete. Shady sales tactic to say the least. I paid the bill but will never reccomend anyone to do business with Summit. Lesson learned and a customer lost.

I did not hire this company or authorize them to inspect or work on my extinquishers. They charged me 3 times what my regular inspection company charged me and then sent nasty letters and called harassing my staff. Do not hire. BTW: Summit Companies....You're Fired!

Summit ruined my company's holiday shopping by saying their install would take one day and it ended up taking half a week to complete. Now we're all short hours right before holiday season. Thanks Summit.

I run a restaurant and I don't know what I would do without Summit! They call ME to set up appointments to make sure I stay compliant, they can even email me my range report on site so I can have a digital copy immediately, I can even pay on site, the techs are nice and if I ever have questions they make sure to go in depth with their answers. Thank you Summit!!
