I've been getting my paychecks from Stuart Wilson for 5 years, and I have had countless issues with them, nobody ever seems to have answers to anything. The employees have also been very rude at times.

I love this office and would highly recommend their services. They do a great job with payroll and are always very helpful. Their receptionist is the nicest lady I've ever met. (Hi Kara!) They truly care about the work they do for the disabled community and go out of their way to help others. They put on a free event for the disabled at the Saginaw Children's Zoo every year, which is an amazing experience to attend. They also hosted a food distribution event for those in need last November. Great service and great people!

I’ve received my checks from Stuart Wilson for 2 years now. Had a problem once with my check stubs not being emailed to me but they were very quick to fix that when I brought that to their attention. Very friendly and also quick response time.

Wow! I have never met a more caring staff. They work hard for everyone! They have so many rules they have to follow and help everyone with. Every agency they work with has a different set of rules that they have to follow in order to get all employee's who are working with someone on SD set up..... Employment forms, Training, Time Sheets, Then later W2s... just to name a few, they walk you through the whole thing every step. They really care and want employee's happy/paid so the person on SD gets what they need, and have a very caring staff. If you have a love one or know of someone who needs help, who wants SD "Self Determination" I would highly recommend this Fiscal Intermediary, Stuart T. Wilson and staff... they have it together!They care so much every July they also give to the community, Stuart Wilson rents the Saginaw Zoo his staff along with volunteers work hard giving out popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, hot dogs...and much more....Animals at the zoo are not the only entertainment, there is much more! All FREE to all handicap Children and those with developmental disabilities of all ages and their family's across Michigan. It's so much fun. Not many care to do all of this, THIS STAFF ROCKS!!

I have been dealing with this company since April 2013. The reception staff are awesome very friendly and helpful. Payroll people are rude and are not accountable for anything they lose paperwork on a regular basis stopped a payroll check until paperwork was turned in and i had emailed the same paper work 3 times and had proof that i had and they still insisted they had not gotten it even though i recieved a confirmation from them saying it was recieved. I now have 2 clients and usually will recieve 1 of 2 paystubs but never both last 3 weeks very few staff on my team has recieved a check stub..And forget about w-2s we will be lucky to receive them by the 2nd week of February. They are however great at getting paychecks deposited on time i can count on one hand how many times i have recieved my check late in the past 6 years..not always right amount but it is deposited.

I have been dealing with them for over a year now and have never had any issues, the staff are all so nice my check is always issued and in my had the same time and same day of the week every week. I have not been through them regarding taxes or tax prep I should say. I really like this place.
