I’ve been using Street Tax for my business for years. I’ve always been very satisfied with their services. They have went above and beyond for me contacting me with reminders regarding deadlines and they are always very thorough with my books.

After opening my doors for business I was recommended to street tax. After nearly three months after dropping off my monthly books I still had seen no progress on my account, the receptionist couldn't give me any answers nor the the time of day. After several excuses I finally recieved my down payment back but not without them taking a portion for setting my account that they never worked on.

Horrible to deal with . Wouldn’t even call me back once the government audited. Totally lied saying there were in contact with them when I called again... ended up getting charge a bunch of interest from CRA after they did not contact them. Bad advise in general . Will not use again , would not recommend .

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received. Very slow - 3 months to complete my taxes and lots of follow up phone calls. I paid $250 for my 2016 taxes. A year later while discussing my 2017 taxes, I found out that my moving expenses which was for work was not included. Even though my receipts had their own envelope and I clearly marked it on their submission form. So I had to pay an extra $100 for the refile and I was told its my fault for not reviewing it. I'm not the professional here, you are! How about you ask me to bring in more information, rather than just ignoring the entire envelope of receipts and the multiple addresses that I've indicated in my form. That's why I pay you to provide me with a service and get me the most money that I could get. I'm an engineer and I sure hope no customer of mine will have to check my work!

As a business owner doing up the deductions and handling payroll is just not something I have time or should spend time doing. Jenilee, Corrie and the team at Street Tax make it easy. Just set up and send the timesheets and TADAA paystub in my inbox and reminders about remittances. So easy and very affordable. Then I can spend time doing the things I am good at.
