I have used Street Tax Service the last two years to file my taxes, and will continue to use them in the future. I have been very impressed with the prompt service they have provided me. My tax preparer took the time to sit with me and explain any and all questions that I had. In years past I have filed my own taxes and have not received NEAR the Federal or State return that I have through Street Tax Service. I've recommended their services to family and friends as well, and feel confident they will be as impressed as I have been!

WHAT A JOKE STREET TAX SERVICE IS!!!! We have always taken our taxes to them and they have always done a good job, but we will no longer be using them for our taxes. 2 weeks I called them to check on the status of our taxes as they had not called us yet, was told by their receptionist that they were just in the review (double check process) and they would be done in 1-2 days and we would receive a call. Never received the call so stopped in there to check on them and was told that they were not done at all and we would need to come back. After telling them what I was told the week prior they finally looked further and saw they just needed to be printed off and if I wanted to wait 20-30 minutes they would have them done. I waited, talked to Nancy and she went over them with me. Paid her for services (which went up in price and they didn't bother to tell us) and left thinking my taxes would be e-filed that day per request. Here we are a week later and I went online to check status of return....IRS and Kansas both show no return filed. Called them today and spoke to the same receptionist who told me it takes 21 days to show up online. I asked to speak to Nancy and was told I am going to put you on hold and check the status. Receptionist comes back and tells me they hit a snag and they weren't filed. Asked to speak to Nancy again who came on the line and was VERY RUDE and snippy with me and said we are sorry we never filed them. We will file them today and when I asked why they were never filed she told me that they just got lost in their piles and they were sorry and have a good day and hung up on me. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND YOU CAN BE SURE THIS WILL GO OUT TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS WELL.

Getting my taxes done with the Street team made the process enjoyable and they definitely know what they're doing because I am smarter for stepping foot in their door! I'll not only return there, I'll recommend them to everyone!
