Recently, I established an LLC for a new business. I was confronted with a maze of requirements. Steven has been an incredible help in meeting the requirements but also in guiding me to establish best practices for the business. He has been very easy to work with and very professional. I was so impressed with his guidance on establishing the LLC that I have turned over my personal tax work to him as well. He is timely, reasonable in cost, and personally likeable.

When I began working with Steve he helped demystify the tax filing process and I immediately felt I was in great hands. He seems to always be reachable and eager to answer questions. He is very knowledgeable in his field and his mild manner disposition helps his clients understand their returns and the processing of the returns. I contacted Mr. Gargano when I received notifications from the IRS that my previous tax consultant had filed my return incorrectly. He quickly found the problems with my return and made the corrections. He then offered to evaluate my previous three years of returns. When he finished his analysis, he found that I had overpaid both my state and federal taxes for all three years. He filed amended returns for the three years, sent them to the appropriate departments and I received some nice checks from both the state and federal tax departments. I've been with Steve ever since. I have experienced nothing but positive results and most importantly, outstanding customer service. He's not a tax preparer who crunches numbers from February to April, he's a full service Accounting Professional that cares about the financial security of my family and whom I trust completely.
