Extremely poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. Receptionist is rude and not friendly at all! Also, they seem to choose and pick who they want to do taxes for. They shouldn't even be listed on google.

I gave Mr. Rutherford a call to inquire on his availability to prepare a financial statement for my company. He only stated when he could not do it and never gave me a time of when he would be available. He also followed up with and I quote "I don't want to get involved." Customer service was poor to say the least and he could have provided a time in which he was less busy.
