We made a bank error once last month...late fee waved...my mother in law dies, we made another mistake and overdrafted because who the hell was looking at the bank statemnst at this point....bank manager was great worked hard to help seeing as we didn't have enough money for rent or to properly carry out my mother In laws final wishes...his boss on the other hand is cold hearted and said forget it we waved it last time...we will be closing both accounts here...

Really fed up and had enough with this bank. Charging $10 to cash $40 Registration refund/check I received after I sold my vehicle and had to turn in my plates. Ridiculous!! It is a In State Check from the NYS DMV Comptroller. I should not have to have a checking account in order to cash it. What a rip off. Charging $10....REALLY?
