My wife and I have used Jon Chester for our tax returns for the last 3 years. After moving from NJ to TX in 2015 we transitioned from a large CPA firm to Jon Chester. The difference was amazing. We became "real people"! Jon assisted us in a difficult shareholder buyout and has been supportive at every step. We are now retired in FL but will continue to use J Chester & Associates in our golden years!

They have been extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the ever changing tax laws. We get great insight and advice on how to structure our savings and investments. They make everything so easy and have gone completely electronic so that we can securely upload all of our documents and communicate easily and painlessly. I could not recommend them more. As of today, this business' website states that they offer a free consultation for potential Business Accounting and Payroll services clients. I just called this business to schedule a consultation. David on the phone, told me that they charge $200 for the initial consultation even if the meeting is just to find out about their pricing and services. When I told him about the free initial consultation offer on their website, he said this is for "referred" clients. So, here is a business that will try to lure you in with a free consultation offer, and then change their tune and try to charge you just to tell you how much they will charge you.

I have been using Sterling's for the last 7-8 years. I can't say enough good things about their staff, and services. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They want to make sure that you are being taken care of, and will go out of their way to make sure that happens. The service they provide has been phenomenal. I would be able to do my own taxes if it weren't for a special K-1 form that I have to report every year. Sterling's has been fantastic in helping with this K-1. Every year I stress because I don't see my K-1 until at least the first or second week in April, and I want my taxes completed on time. The staff at Sterlings always makes sure this happens. As the years have past, I have grown to know different people on the staff, and it doesn't matter who I come across that needs to help me, they do so in a timely manner, and always friendly and professional. I won't have anyone else do my taxes for me ever again, as this company ROCK's, and makes things happen for me. I've never been late on filing, and they always make sure that I understand my form, and that I am taken care of on time. If you haven't tried this company out, and you are looking for a trustworthy company, with services that are brilliant, then look no further.... Go to Sterlings, and have peace of mind!
