Way too pricey for such poor service! Evn tho i brought in my tax return from the prvious year, THOSE NUMBERS WERE NOT USED IN THE YEAR TO YEAR COMPARASION. Why??? Laziness? You just put 0 acrros the board for 2018. Then, even tho I gave all th data necessary to project income for next year, AGAIN, those numbers were NOT used. The projection for next year is just an exact repeat of this year. Totally innacurate and lame. I'm pretty unimpressed!
