Billy and Jason have been our accountants for the past 5 years - providing help since we first started our business. I only have praise for these guys. Every answer I have ever had has been addressed promptly. They have been helping me navigate the “bookkeeping waters”, and have always taken great care of our taxes.

William chooses to book his own appointments over the phone. He emailed me an hour after the scheduled time, but a day early.. saying I needed to reschedule. You have my phone number. I've been waiting for months. Really? Called Martin Hood Friese and got an appointment for the day after tomorrow. I recommend you do the same.Edit:Don't let the smarmy, polite response here fool you. Because I'm a new client and they want my money before starting, because I haven't been able to get an appointment; I was treated like I was wasting their time.They wanted me to just drop off any tax paperwork I had back in April, and they said they could get to it after October 15.. It's now nearly Christmas. A room full of monkeys with typewriters could've properly filed my taxes by now, and they probably would have a decent attempt at Shakespeare to boot. Not only did they refuse to help me for this year's taxes back in March, but again just now after promising to finally get to me...8+ months later.William told me "No show appointments are costly for me and my office as we give up valuable time we could spend with other clients. "Then maybe hire someone to handle your appointments? Your building has a receptionist..but she says you decided to book your own appointments. My time is valuable too. I don't appreciate being kept waiting and treated like a second-class citizen just because of my name.
