Living in Florida and facing litigation in Massachusetts, I hired Steve with knowing little about him. Previously, I had been in a situation for 3 years where I learned just how bad Metrowest attorneys (3) can be. My trust level with Massachusetts attorneys was very low and I strongly agreed with what Shakespeare had to say about them. Slowly Steve gained my trust. My involvement with Steve in resolving this case was almost 3 years. I was very attentive to the case, perhaps bordering on getting the "nuisance client" label. Steve was patient in allowing me to argue points, even at times agreeing with me, but always advising the best path. He always was accessible to me or told me when he couldn't be. In order to cut costs, he allowed me to put together input packages where he could have charged me by having the staff do so.
