Wow, if I could give 10 stars I would!! I worked with Sharon Carroll telephonically and it was just like I was talking to a friend on the living room couch. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She was very accommodating and did not make me feel rushed if I had to go on a search for required information. As a retired soldier I did business with the United Services Automobile Association because of my comfort level. However, Sharon dispelled the myth and made me feel like my business was valued. State Farm insured 4 of my cars and 2 homes, saving me a whopping $1,800 annually! Diane Miller Agency and Sharon are my SHEroes💖💖 You will always get a positive recommendation from me!

Excellent customer service..very friendly staff..I was very worried after pursuing an older home we are purchasing and how much the policy was going to cost to insure it..I stopped in here for an in person quote via a referral, and I am glad I did..thousands of savings over my other quote, and even some off of our car insurance too..very happy I gave them a chance..and also nice knowing we have a local agent we can see in person.
