I would recommend StarStaff to anyone, whether it be and employer looking for a candidate or a hopeful employee looking for a position. Avery helped me step by step through the process by making sure I was successful in getting the job I was seeking, and also making sure that it was a good fit for me. She helped me to really understand the position I was applying to, helped me make sure my resume highlighted the things about me the employer was looking for and needed, made sure my interview outfit was the best it could be, and more! For an employer looking for great candidates, Avery would be a great resource for you! I can tell that she really cares about placing only great people and makes a HUGE effort in understanding the employer's needs and understanding how the company functions. I was a candidate of Starstaff and was sent for an interview with one of their local clients. Even though I wasn’t selected for the position, I came away with more knowledge about how to interview than before. They really helped me prepare for the interview which included resume edits, interview advice and how to dress to meet the culture of the company I was applying with. I found them to be very professional and having offered me real value, I am able to use that advice as I continue to apply for other positions in the future. I have known and used StarStaff for several years now. I began as a job seeker and after working with Avery, I began using StarStaff to find people for our medical practice. I have used agencies in the past, but none with Avery’s business acumen, intuition and drive to find the right fit for me. Compared to other Agencies Avery goes above and beyond. She is honest, transparent and doesn’t hold back. She really is the best at what she does and I highly recommend using StarStaff.

Avery and gloria we're completely unprofessional when they had heard I left the company I had been recruited for. I had a lot of personal things that my manager was fully aware of they said that I had to run by them if I wanted to leave. Last time I checked a recruiter didn't make your personal decisions. They are completely unprofessional and rude and I would never recommend them. Other people who were recruited by this company also had issues with them being too involved after we were hired. I would never recommend going through them because if you ever leave a company they will react in the most unprofessional manner I've ever seen . If I could give a zero star I would.

I have never had such an insightful experience like I had with the StarStaff team. From the beginning of my interview process, I knew they were different. They reviewed my resume, made suggestions regarding my look and attire, and really helped prepare me for the client interview. I am a seasoned business woman and have used agency’s before, but what they offered was invaluable. I felt so confident when I was sent to the interview because they took the time to review the client’s ideal candidate. They helped me to prepare for the unexpected with several practice questions typically asked at an in-person interview. I have never felt more capable and confident, and I have to credit Avery and her team for that. I highly recommend them as an informative firm that prepares you and holds you accountable to higher standard.

I would not recommend anything to do with this company as I too was insulted for not wearing enough make up, my clothing was not fancy enough and also I looked too young for the front desk position in which I applied for I was told if the company was to have an event she would recommend me for the position as a person to help serve, set up, and clean up after. I've been through many interviews and never have I ever been so insulted in my life.
