BEWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TAXES! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!This company bought the client list from the guy that was doing our taxes and we have had nothing but issues. Yes they are a great rate but they do not do their job. This year we had Obama care and we had the forms with us and showed Tina. She FAILED to input them. SO we got a letter saying it was missing. So we got it sent in well now we owe the IRS money and since they already gave us the refund, that Tina said we would be getting, I have to pay that back. My mom also had issues where they miscalculated something and got less money back. You pay for what you get and I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Be sure to double check your taxes your self, or better yet just do them your self. They are unwilling to help me out at all saying it was our fault. NO. I paid you to do this right you should be making it right and paying not me.
