Every once in a while, you just get lucky in the world of "Customer Service." It matters not if you're buying shoes, eating at a favorite restaurant or buying a house, most of us understand that the words "customer service" are a bit of an oxymoron today.Well...let me shatter that notion as it relates to Starritt-Meister Realty.From my first interaction with SM's personnel, I knew I was in the hands of people who were a bit different. Different in that they understood the question answering, hand holding, anxiety soothing roles that they need to play with their clients. Kenny Beal, Jon Meister and Deb Meister all worked to make me feel as though I was their only client. THAT.....is a skill. To make life even more complex, the SM team (and specifically my realtor Kenny) kept me informed not only on paperwork and closing details, but since I was building new construction, he also acted as my continual liaison between myself and my builder. Never was I made to feel as though I was imposing, never did I encounter any attitude other than gratitude...(apologies for the unintentional rhyme...)Most anyone can study, take the realtor exam, pass it and put up a shingle. It takes someone special to create a relationship and moreover, it takes an organization to recognize and recruit excellence. In my mind, Starritt-Meister has done themselves and their greater Columbus community proud by serving as a truly excellent ambassador to their work, their ethics and their pure professionalism.I will work to bring as many clients to their table as I can.
