Overall Feedback:

I have been using Starpay for the last several years and I chose the company over larger ADP and PAYCHEX because of personalization factor or my small business. After a short period of onboarding and some customer service suggestions with implementation, I am quite happy. My account is assigned to a specific individual who is always so polite and helpful and provides whatever forms I need or can’t find. Their online payroll takes a bit getting used to at first and I now customize inputs constantly without problems. There have been times I didn’t have time to do payroll myself and my account representative was able to do it over the phone e with me. I have no reservations with them.
