I went there once and the service was great. However, I was told I could leave a message for the DOL representative that comes in on Wednesday's; called that day and was told I can't do that now. Why do they have people who answer the phone lying to their customers? That's terrible service. There is no way in the state of CT to talk to anyone from the DOL over the phone! Yea CT has lower taxes, but they have no services for their citizens!
