Feedback:

Have been calling both W Knoxville offices for weeks and have yet to get anyone to answer the phone. They won't return calls, either. Don't waste your time.

Have been trying to get in touch with someone for 2 weeks. No one has returned any of my calls. Was set up with a job that unfortunately didn't work out and need to get in touch with someone to explain the situation and see what to do next but no one has even tried to contact me. Had a great recruiter before but she has since left and now I can't get in contact with even the receptionist at the office. I have left numerous voicemails.

Response time is aids for a reply back about getting onboarded. Very dissapointed so far so I wonder how awful the rest of the experience would be ?

I was sent on one interview and called my coordinator, left her a voice mail and have never heard from anyone. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Incredible people in the office! Sometimes we only get 5 to 20 hours a week though.Other times it's a 40+ work week.Excellent place to work over all.The staff is very patient and extremely nice!Kelli, Ashley, and Robyn are true blue folks.

I live in maryville Tennessee and I put answered a questionaire. I know i passed because the questions were simple and too easy well they said they made a mistake sending my application to someone who only understands spanish. They said they couldn't fix it that i would have to wait another 6 months to fill out another application. Which shouldn't even be that long to wait to fill out another one.

They were very rude and unhelpful an acted like they were doing me a favor when their makeing a living of of my hard work
