Changing this from two stars to four stars due to the fact that the owner is willing to help fix any problems or miscommunication. I’m glad that the owner cares about her employees and is willing to work with them. It’s still unfortunate that some of the companies the agency works with are unsympathetic to workers who get sick and have to call off and still have a doctors note. This isn’t the agency’s fault by any means, but it’s disappointing when this does happen which it sometimes will. Otherwise I’ve been able to get jobs through staffing and I’m grateful for the help I’ve received especially from Ryan. It’s a good thing that we can work together to resolve issues, most arise due to miscommunication.

I had a great experience. I walked in, met with Ryan and filled out some paperwork since I was new to thr agency. After that, I was told there was a job right in my area looking to hire someone. I had an interview the next day and got the job offer! I went back in to Staffing Solutions and got my direct deposit all set up and then from there I started my job a week later due to giving a notice to my current job. I love where I have gotten with the help of Staffing Solutions! Amazing and friendly people who will help you find the job you've been looking for.

NOT RECOMMENDED I'm my case never got a steady job every 3-4 month got layoff and call back to work 4 month after I contact the agency for another work but they struggle to find me a steady job!

I'm 55 years old. Everyone there treated me with total respect. My 1st job didn't work out and they stuck by me and now I have an amazing job. If you really want to work. Hit them up. Best agency I've ever worked with.

This is the best staffing agency in WNY. I had a great experience working with them. They helped me find a a job quickly and they were able to help a couple friends of mine find positions as well. The staff is professional, helpful, diligent, and eager to get you placed in a position at a company that fits your skill set. What separates them from several other temp services I've been to is that you're not treated like just a number--that, to me, is the biggest difference. The last thing you want to feel when you're seeking employment is that you're wasting your time. You won't find those issues here. Staffing Solutions is there to help.
