Staffinders works VERY hard to meet demands from their clients AND their applicants. It's not easy work, and they deserve respect for what they accomplish daily. A recruiter who is sticking their neck out for an applicant who may not be the best fit for a company, but goes to bat for that applicant because they are a hard worker or quick learner is NOT someone you should start lashing out against. A lot of times, a company will give an applicant a chance at a job simply because of the recruiter. Posting publicly against them for simply not being able to get you a job just makes you look bad. It's not the recruiter's decision, it is the CLIENT'S ultimate decision whether or not you get the job.Now most of you on here who are complaining about not having a job simply because your "recruiter sucks" just look like poor applicants. Other companies probably look at these reviews. Keep that in mind. They watch your online presence.

Staffinders has definitely been a blessing to me. Sarah from staffinders Independence worked with me until she found the right job for me. I've been hired in and starting to live comfortably even with my shaky background. So thanks Sarah and Staffinders. Don't give up on them and they won't give up on you.

Sarah Nepali is great I sent her a resume and missed the interview she called me and said I have jobs are you coming to the interview I took my brother and she gave us a great job we started the next day and we both are grateful I later brought a friend and she gave him a job the point is staffinders will find you work ASAP

I worked recently with Staffinder recruiter, Sarah Nepali. It was a wonderful experience! She was not only helpful, but went out of her way to help place me in a position that really was a benefit to both me and the new employer. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about looking for new employment.

Staffinders isn't a temp agency but a third part HR firm that works as an extension of clients’ HR departments. When people go in thinking that the goal of Staffinders is to get people jobs, they misunderstand.The goal is to act as an extension of the client and fill the client’s positions. Just like a company can pass on a candidate, so can a client pass on a Staffinders candidate. It is very annoying to be brought in for a job that does not exist. BUT! It’s also annoying when people give false information in their phone interviews. I believe Staffinders has a stellar team right now and if they can help someone, they will. Everyone works hard, even when they're swamped. What people don't know is that these recruiters are there long after closing hours hunting for the right candidates for the open positions, and I appreciate that. Thank you, Staffinders Team for putting in 100% always.

I personally support any agency that is placing even one person in a job. It is a chance for someone, we should all appreciate this type of business where a person can get an interview that they may not otherwise find out about.

DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!!!! THEY SELL YOU A DREAM ONLY TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR LIKE EVEY TEMP OR STAFFING AGENCY AND SIT FOR 2 HRS REMIND YOU THEY TELL YOU WE HAVE ALL THESE JOBS THEN AT THE END HEAR COME THE EXCUSES DONT FALL FOR IT SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!BROKEN PROMISES THATS TRUE FACTS THEY DONT CARE FOR ANYONE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A PAY CHECK COMING IN DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY BY MATCHING UP WITH THE PERSON RESUME DONT BE LAZY!!!!!!! I had a good experience there. The staff was nice, but after leaving I've heard nothing. They haven't called or even emailed an update... It's been months now.

Not a good place to to seek employment. Went to the office in independence. They said they would try to place me asked me to send my resume. When I called top see if he recorded it went to his receptionist said he would call when he got free Monday. So Monday comes I call again his receptionist says he's busy. So I asked when he would be free she said not till the next day. So I called like this for a week got the same. So I asked did he at least get my resume she said he will call you when he got something. 2 months later nothing a waste of my time and gas.
