Appointment 1pm but doors were locked until 10 after. At 1:30 interview started. I had questions but was greeted with an attitude. I don't think I need someone with a bad attitude and no people skills to match me with a potential employer. Thanks anyway.

they get 5 stars from me because i went to them in a friday started working that monday got hired on my job they fired me for falsy reasons now im back at square one but it waant the temp service fault it was the people i was working for

We'll let me start off with I was on my way to a job they sent me to was on the bus that was in an accident did what they asked me to do and they never found me another job true I got hurt but was ready to go back to work nothing called everyday nothing .So good luck with this company

THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR!! This company is such a joke, not even sure how they stayed in business for 20 something years but they won’t be in business 5 more years at the rate they are going. I was referred to the office in Alton by a couple of friends so I decided to see what it was about, worse time wasted. For starters they had the receptionist doing EVERYTHING it seemed like while both the girls in the back stayed on the phone calling people. Once one of the two girls decided to pay attention to me they never did an interview they just sent me to a warehouse in Edwardsville that ONLY gives you a lunch break and no other breaks in an 8 hour day. The supervisors talk to you crazy, the pay is extremely low for the amount of garbage you put up with and to top it off I NEVER received my bonus. They have us signing sheets to clock in an out while the other staffing agencies have badges so I should of knew this agency wasn’t legit. They have a serious issue with paying people the money they worked for ON TIME. Some dude named Matt was supposed to check on my bonus and hear it is a week later an I never received a call back from him. Very unprofessional and very nonchalant about my money I worked hard for. The whole company needs to be boycotted! JUST DISAPPOINTING

This company is the worst agency you wouldn't want to waste your time with. BBB and labor law will be contacted for non payment of services that were rendered.

After having my email forwarded constantly through their team without me able to contact them thereafter, I was finally contacted and given the oldest excuse in the book, "The job you want only hires with experience", though that job you can really only get though recruiters. They didn't even offer an alternative or to keep me on record in case something pops up. Completely cold heated and isolated.

If something comes up and you cannot make it in don't expect them to understand yea I get that interviews are important and a jobs important to me but I will not be talked down to when I put my family 1st their not the only ones that can dog people I can dog them right back in order to earn respect you must give respect

Rubbish. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I told them Well over a year now to remove me from their list as I would not be using their services. They have been repeatedly spamming me since they. I had to put their number on block just to get away from it! Avoid at all costs unless you want them blowing up your phone, even after being told to leave you alone.

Very rude receptionist. People at the Earth City branch generally aren't helpful. The jobs are very low-paying and there are no benefits. What they tell you is very misleading (i.e. you CAN'T buy insurance through St. Louis Staffing). You are forced to view tax information online (IF it shows up online). I had to speak with the branch manager in order to get a very SIMPLE issue resolved. She was great, but the people at the Earth City branch were not. I wouldn't recommend this staffing service. You are treated poorly, not paid enough, and not appreciated. What it comes down to is that they are just trying to fill a job (usually not a good job) with a body. You have been warned.
