They don't fit company culture . Multiple negative interactions from officers caused many good staff to quit and cost thousands of dollars in stakeholder losses. These interactions stemmed from officers not verifying the identities of faculty and visitors and intimidation when badges were visible and valid. Very disappointed and this has solidified my support for internal hiring as opposed to using a contract service.

This Company Sucks. They don't care about their guards. All that matters to these guys is clients and contracts. If one client complains about you, you are removed from the site until further notice and the guard must take all the blame for the dissatisfaction. Corporate is very shady as well. As a guard don't expect this company to stand up for you. You'll lose a lot of money being removed from a site without pay and they don't care. Worst company I've ever worked for in terms of security. Extremely militant.
