Highly unprofessional when it comes to keeping up appointments. Got appointment to do taxes for my company. when I went on appointment time office was closed and Sri didn't pick up my phone calls. Spoke to him next day and got another appointment. On second appointment again office was closed and Sri didn't pick up the calls that time. Spoke to him next day and got third appoint. After confirming and reconfirming appointment when I arrived again office was closed third time in a row and Sri didn't pick up the phone. Found it highly unprofessional and would not recommend.
