Horrible! And Careless! Called about my w2 to change the address they stated they don’t change addresses now. Okay could you all not send the W2 out? Since my social security number is on it. Can’t do that either. So therefore my information will just be out there for anyone to open or see.

If I could assign negative stars, I would at this point. SPMI has no more important job than to effectively administer payroll. Today because of SPMI, our employees' direct deposit did not happen. This is unacceptable on many levels and then to tell a business owner that it might be fixed by 5:00 where my employees' checks will not deposit until Monday! Suffice to say, you can probably guess the ending to this story.
