Just a few day ago, I needed some information about my house after ten years and i asked them for the information I needed and not only they provided me with what i needed, but I was treated like if it was just a month ago . Both my real estate agent and mortgage company have said working with my housing file with SW Abstract is the absolute worst experience they have ever had. They say something will be done one day, and then the people who were supposed to have it finished are mysteriously out of the office the next day. Things that should have been done weeks in advance, like surveying, etc, are being attempted on the scheduled day of the closing. I would recommend using the other title company in Del Rio. Unacceptable service when dealing with something as important as a home purchase. Very disappointing.

Quick Efficient Service. I'm a lawyer in San Antonio. When i needed some recently filed deed record documents, I first tried the other title company in Del Rio (Del Rio Title) and no one would even return my call. Tracy a Southwest Abstract got me what exactly what i needed and emailed it to me in less than 10 minutes !!.
