I came in the afternoon on Thursday to take a typing test and they said the room is occupied until closing. The lady tells me typing tests are done Monday and Fridays. I come in Friday morning to take a typing test and the room is occupied again. No set schedule. They won't inform me ahead of time when the room will be occupied or provide me a exact time to come in. Poorly managed.

the review from scott dominic is totaly false, he is just upset because his favorite employee got fired for being a manipulator and a liar. I went to the worksource center for 3 months and did not get a job until I met david santa maria, he is very helpful and professional. He help me attend a recruitment event, helped me with my resume and interview tips, I got the job 3 days later. the receptionist veronica ortiz is also very helpful

Customer service needs some SERIOUS improvements. I recommend the Lancaster office over this one. Much better customer service over there.
