That little entitled gal with the rich daddy is gone and the last time I went in they actually listened to me and treated me with respect so I change my vote. I see an improvement. They have a job to do, I've got to give them credit for that.

It's getting much better. They are trying to improve. Got rid of Erin and Brooke, & Jo gone too. Miss Nicole but in general it's a nice improvement. Kim's always been a pleasure but she doesn't know anything. I like it now.
