Needed plates for a vehicle I bought said I have to wait for the title. Went somewhere else they hand written papers sent them to Penn dot problem solved, walked away with plate and registration. I guess these guys are too lazy to fill out paperwork idk. But I wont be using there services again!

They were very patient with my insurance company regarding my getting a plate for my motorcycle. Would be a great place to go if your uninformed or new to certain processes. You definitely won't feel clueless working with these people.

Lost my license plate, went to Sonrise and was charged $75 dollars for a new plate. Then the girl working there tells me if you go to Penndot they only charge $11..............wow, what a kick in the teeth!!

Dislike going in any business and being ignored. 3 behind counter 2 with customers, 1 doing other stuff. At least look up and acknowledge your customer and maybe a “I ll be right with you” Otherwise They always know what they are doing ...

This is the third time I have used this business. They are very efficient and friendly. They are not PennDot but do offer services that are affiliated with PennDot. This just means I was able to get my registration and plates done at this location instead of traveling to Harrisburg to the PennDot building. They do charge a fee to use their services but they are work every penny. I was in and out with my plates ready to be placed on my van. They are not a scam. They will not scam you out of your money.

I have used their service several times. Most recently was to transfer a boat, and trailer over to a friend. The staff is friendly, and the process took only 20 minutes.

Normally very good. But unfortunately last year I had my title work done with them and they failed to verify correctly that the taxes were paid on the mobile home I was purchasing right before Christmas I received a huge tax bill for the previous owner When they were contacted after reviewing their records they had become very dismissive
