I have used this Lab for the last two years since my move to Chino Valley, Arizona. The employees have always been professional, courteous and kind. Their reports always reach my physician on time. Today with Eva and Daniela my experience was perfect again! Pat

Understaffed. Posted to close at 4pm, in reality they stop answering there phones prior than that. I had a drop off specimen and needed to alert her I was coming. I called at 335 to receive a message that no one is available to take my call. I was at their door at 343 and the door was locked. I knocked the Hispanic woman at the counter shouted she was closed. I asked for a different location, she said Lab Cor. I asked for a copy of my orders. She came to the door w a copy of my insurance card but no order. She told me to come back tomorrow. My order included refrigeration and freezer samples along w room temp sample and blood work. Are my samples any good now? Besides being short tempered due to her time constraints I feel this location is short staffed, mis advertise their hours and offer poor quality customer service. I've been a customer for years at their previous Chino Valley location along with the Prescott office. I will use Lab Cor in the future. Bad experience and poor customer service.

I came in this afternoon to see if my order was sent by my doctor. While it wasn’t, I was extremely pleased with the changes in your office! Very very clean and tidy now! The girl at the desk, Lindsay, was cleaning and appeared to be working very hard on everything and I have to say it shows! She looked for my order and was very nice and approachable. She even offered to call the doctor in the morning for me so I didn’t have to worry but I said she looked busy enough.

I found that they were not very friendly OR professional !! I had to wait even though there wasn't any other patients there. They also let urine samples collect in the compartment where you have to leave them. When I told them there was another patients plus mine was in there they just replied "oh ok". So NOT professional !!

I called this substandard establishment and was told to show up with Medicare card and ins card, which I did and that they did “work” with the Mayo in Phoenix. When I arrived at the office in PV I was told: 1) They could not except my sample because the FedEx had already come and gone since it had to be over nighted. This was before closing time. So the FedEx shows somewhere between 10am and 1:30pm. 2) I asked why couldn’t they refrigerate it over night and send it out at whatever time FedEx Shows, no deal. Who ever this PV office talked to said no. 3) I have since found a more cooperative outfit to work with. 4) I must reiterate the inadiquicy of their timing with FedEx. Lo and behold if someone gets a sample after FedEx has come and gone. This is very time consuming to have to have made a 2 - 3 hr round trip, not only in the time varying by traffic but wasted gas.5). Beware!
