Soldavini & Caldwell have been preparing my payroll, corporate, and personal tax returns for several years now. The staff is extremely professional, competent, thorough, and even funny on some occasions. Sometimes I get the impression they drink too much coffee during the day, but as long as they keep taking care of me and my business, I'm staying with S&C!

Would be a five-star review based on Cathy's thoroughness once she got to my return. I have no problem waiting, but the lack of communication (no response to emails) left me hanging for two weeks. Also, if she tells you she will get back to you on a certain day, it may not happen for a couple of days thereafter. Tell me how much time you really need. I won't mind.

this year we are not happy busy co never return phone call s ignoring my request that i need taxes to be done before 11 then am leaving overseas left 4 vi mail s no respond send 3-4 ? email s too, still been ignored -- very disappointed , upset stress out , will find responsive CPA for next year

I don't know where to begin my review of this company, every person from the owners down to the receptionist at the front desk has a huge smile on their face and are always more than happy to help no matter how tough the problem may seem to be. They are through, efficient, professional, thoughtful, reasonably priced and VERY good at what they do. Whether it's for personal or corporate taxes these ladies can handle anything and will surpass your expectations of what a CPA is.

I have been dealing with this firm for at least 15 years. I have NEVER had a problem. They have always been very kind and caring when I have gone in and had any questions. I have always received my taxes in a timely manner. Brigid has always guided me in the right direction when I have needed any help. She always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care. I would highly recommend using this firm if you need to get your taxes done. You will not be disappointed.

I had appointed Cathy Caldwell to deal with a tax issue and at our first meeting I pointed out that I was recovering from a stroke, and was based in the UK so is extremely important, particularly in the light of her bad reviews, to answer my queries promptly and keep me abreast of events. She did neither to the point where I had to let go. I wouldn't waste your time and money.
