I spent so many hours doing testing for a position I met the requirements for and I passed the testing they made me do. I traveled from another state to interview and they didn’t seem to care. Then after I was told I am at the top of their list. If you hear that then it’s a lie. I never heard anything back from them and spent so much money to attend an interview with them. If I could give 0 stars I would. A bit of advice Snelling just be honest instead of saying nothing.

Phone calls never returned after leaving voicemails, never in office. Office hours of the person I was dealing with were very unusual and never available except during work hours (and only the morning work hours, at that). No respect for anyone's time but their own.

The employees of Snelling Staffing are wonderfully professional and do their due diligence in helping each and every candidate. I was asked to come in for a temporary assignment and afterwards, rather than send me on my way, every recruiter worked hard for over a month to find me a position suited to my qualifications and specifications. I was privy to their work ethic and I know firsthand the effort that they put into finding a job tailored to each person. I highly recommend Snelling for your job search; they won't let you down!

Get ready to keep hearing “you are at the top of our list” everytime you call after your interview and never hear anything back from them. They interview many people everyday without placing the candidates they already have! If you apply for another position with them you will keep receiving the “call for an interview” email, that goes to show you how many people they actually interview on the daily..it was TONS of people in there when i had mine. They are a waste of time!

I was a recent college graduate seeking employment. While searching, I came across Snelling. They were professional, kept me updated throughout my whole experience (interviewing, testing, etc), and ALWAYS were polite. Based on my skill set, I was placed with the perfect company and couldn't have made a better decision! They treated me with professionalism as a candidate, I can only imagine how they must treat their clients...excellent!!!

So unprofessional. My husband tried going through Snelling to find a job and the lady was helpful for the first meeting, then she was basically useless. She stopped contacting him regarding a certain position "she had been working on" and he just never heard back. Their company is meant to help people get jobs; recruit people for companies, and she was not helpful at all. Very disappointed with his experience. He found a job going directly through the companies website and we are VERY excited!
