I applied for a position and they called me back and wanted me to come in. A lady called me but I ended up coming in and speaking with Matt. I got there, professionally dressed, and I finished inputting my information before 3 people who were already sitting there before me so I sat and sat until I had to ask the receptionist if I could reschedule because I thought this was an actual appointment and not a first come first serve ( nor was I told before the “sit down” that I would be completing information on the computer). So I sit down with Matt, he speaks about setting up an interview with myself and Pegasus in the accounting dept. Wanted to know when I was available for interviewing and that he would get in touch with me no later then next Tuesday. Awesome so I thought...I ended up calling him back and leaving a voicemail. He ends up calling me back, but this is the kicker. It was 2 days later then when I called annnnnd he called me as if we had never sat down and like I was a totally new candidate. I called back of course and mentioned this in my voicemail and guess what? Never got a call back apologizing or even just a hey, they didn’t want to interview with you, but since we thought your resume was good enough to bring you in the office, let’s work with you or not. I’m a black woman, who dresses professionally and carries myself in a respectable manor. So I’m not sure what went wrong or where was the disconnect. But just beware, make sure you have time to waste because they obviously are a hit and miss.

Horrible customer services by the recruiters for medical staffing branch. This is a temp agency and they are telling people not to call and keep calling because they want to advance in their career and find a suitable job. Never has anyone said that. Even with this agency. This place is garbage you will be sorry. Sharon learn customer service sweetheart try a training. Look at these reviews. Comedy. I don’t recommend.

I had got a call from one of the recruiter saying that i had the job and i could start right away. Went up there two do my tax documents so i can get paid the guy told me that i couldn't have the job and i needed to do a test to get it the test was never send to me. I felt like they were looking down on me like i wasnt good enough for the job. How do you offer some a job and then take it away from them very unprofessional

Talk down to you like your nothing because you worked at Temp jobs.. Would not offer any job to you because of it. Lady was nasty on the phone and told me not to call anymore.
