Agree wouldn't use for free. Dropped stuff off beginning of April. They filed an extension. Finally middle of May we call them and they lost all our info of our rental property. 2 weeks later after sending the other info they call and have lost my tax info from work and I'm supposed to try to get another form. After getting everything together the 2nd time they call and had found our first stuff and now it's off a couple dollars. Since we pay quarterly taxes we called to ask how much to send and she said she thinks that's extended to when you file for extension but didn't know. Charged us @ 300$ for personal. Our new accountant charges 70$.

I came to smoker because I'm out of the area, and needed someone local to do my taxes. I was never given the quote i asked for, but time was running out so they did um anyhow. They didn't do to bad of a job with the return itself, except the must forgot we're in 2014 not the 80's because they didn't e-file anything! Which cost me more in postage, but then i get the bill for the services! Wow! $795 for one individual. And since i didn't get a quote beforehand, (maybe that's by design), i would never have gone there if i had known it was anywhere near that high. But they refuse to work with me. It took a week and half after i asked for a detailed bill till i finally got it. They claim to have spent over 12 hrs on a simple individual tax return! I sent them a check for less than the full bill, they refused it and immediately sent it to a collection agency who I found out later is their sister company, and I got a rude phone call from them threatening to ruin my credit if I didn't pay.. I wouldn't recommend these cheats to my enemy!
