THEY SIMPLY TAKE WHATEVER THEY HEAR FROM THE PLAINTIFF (THE PERSON WHO WALKS THROUGH THEIR DOOR) THEY THEN TRY TO EXTORT MONEY FROM THE DEFENDENT--USUALLY SMALL BUSINESSES. THEY GO AS FAR AS ACCUSSING INNOCENT SMALL BUSINESS EMPLOYEES AS PREDITORS. AFTER THE SMALL BUSINESS IS FORCED TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO DEFEND THESE FALSE CLAIMS (WHICH ARE WITHOUT ANY PROOF WHATSOEVER), THE SMALL BUSINESS OWNER IS THEN FORCED TO SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, AFTERWARDS THEY INFORM THE PLAINTIFF (THEIR CLIENT) THAT THEY (SMITH MULLINS) WILL REQUIRE A RETAINER TO MOVE FORWARD. IN THE MEANTIME, THEIR TACTICS ARE DISGRACFUL. I HOPE TO FILE A CLAIM TO THE NJ BAR BOARD OF ETHICS... I SINCERLY IMPLORE YOU TO BE CAREFUL .....
