I cannot speak well enough of the Smith Eibeler firm and of Meghan Chrisner-Keefe in particular. From the get go their office was nothing but welcoming and thorough in their explanation of my situation and while my initial claim was denied by the state, they continued to appeal and work on my behalf until i received a positive outcome. No doubt, if i ever have any labor/employment issues, the Smith Eibeler firm will be the first i contact and will be the first i recommend to my friends and family.

When I originally met Chris I was completely down and out, and honestly hopeless about ever winning my case. After that initial meeting I walked out certain that I had the best legal representation I could for me to finally have the closure I longed for. Throughout the entire process Chris and his associates kept me in the loop and never let me drop off the radar even if there were lapses in time where we talked. After all was said and done with the case I not only felt like I had won my case, but gained a friend. If you want an honest, hard-working and diligent legal team than look no further. I contacted Smith Eibeler and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I missed Christopher's phone call and immediately after that he sent me an email with his contact information. I contacted him after hours expecting the answering machine but he picked up and was really helpful. My issue was a particular one and nevertheless he was knowledgeable and took interest immediately. I had contacted different firms that same day and all of them pushed my away or told me a partner would talk to me within 24 hours. If you are looking for legal advice i would highly recommend Smith Eibeler.
