Hello! I am here to Share my Experience with SmartTalent in Kirkland: From the first time I walked in the Door and for the last couple of years, I have experienced The Best Treatment from SmartTalent and their Manager—Dee Davidson! Years ago, I was injured in a couple of very bad car accidents, which made it a challenge for me to work a Traditional Schedule—especially, since there have been times when I have had to undergo treatments, testing, and time off. So, my Options for Work are Limited. Being a Lady with a Disability—I walk with the assistance of a cane—not once has the anyone in the Office ever questioned my ability to perform the Assignments I’ve been sent on. And I must say that I have been Matched with some GREAT and FUN Assignments! Plus, I feel Honored and Privileged to Continue to be Requested to Return to those Positions again—as one of Their Regular Fill-Ins! The People I have met and the Various Positions I have worked on, has kept a Smile on my Face, and Assists me to bring in some Extra Income—which is much Appreciated, as I am on Social Security Disability. Dee, her Staff, and the Concept of SmartTalent is so very Needed, as it WORKS for Both Employer and Employee. From Short-Term to “Temp-to-Hire”…EVERYONE Benefits! Not a good place to get a job. You might get lucky and find something okay if you have low standards or no goals. The policies are written in favor of whatever company you work at and are against the worker. For instance, the temp employer can let you go at anytime without notice or reason, but if you find a better job and accept it, the temp agency lowers your pay for that period to minimum wage. So they have created a way to steal a portion of your wages for treating them the way they treat you. It's unfair, and unforgivable. Plus the jobs they have to offer are too low paying and the employers are crazy and treat people poorly. That's why they can't employ qualified candidates permanently.
