-Unethical client-Smart talent got me a job the client (RSI)very rude and disrespectful so I ended up walking off after working there for about a month and after that when I told smart talent, what actually happened they pretty much just brush it under the rug saying okay we will call the client which I think will not yeld any result whatsoever. Oh and they docked my pay for leaving mid week.

WOW!!! I thought Smart Talent was great staffing Agency i signed a lot of papers work online in their office in Fife and that took an hours to finish so after i made several phone calls looking for work then they finally gave me a three weeks assignment and after that that's yet until now there's no more job for me and the only things they kept telling me is wait or call again or sometime WE will let u know or give a call back but never, i would suggest this Temp should have been closed or doesn't to be joint at all period. I give the a Zero or D rating.

Worst and bad agencie . i would never recommend anyone to go here. I waited for 1 month and 2 weeks for a job and no calls from them . . then i call again today, and the front desk representative said I'll give you a call if there's anything comes up. Smfh. Worst staffing agency. Message for the manager, regarding to your employees please hired good people with good hearts. . . . not just sitting in there desk and listening to music and be texting on their cell phones.. Please do something theres alot of people out there that are waiting for a one call for a job.

Great Temp Agency to work for!! They're honest about your job description and always have work availability that can potentially lead to direct hire from a temp position. Most jobs are above minimum wage as well. Definitely are a reliable agency.
