To echo a previous writer's comments.... Unprofessional and down right rude behavior. Shockingly disappointing experience. I still can't believe the childish end to our business relationship. I requested previous tax returns to provide to my bank for a loan and they wanted to charge me $50 per Tax Return for a PDF copy! A PDF copy!!! They don't even have to print paper. Do not be deceived by their seemingly "kind" and "fun loving" demeanor. I fear writing this because their threats are so ugly and their tempers are so vengeful, but I wish someone had warned us before getting involved with this organization professionally. I hope it doesn't happen to you, but if it does you will have been warned if you read this.SmartSpot: In response to your reply - if you saw my comment, I put "to echo a previous writer's comments". This would mean that yes, I did use information from a past post that shared the same feelings as mine which is perfectly fine to do. Also, I have paper copies of my previous returns but all I needed was a PDF version and figured you might have easy access to that. When a client pays you hundreds of dollars to file their return, it is pretty sad that you want to gouge them for another fee per tax return to just have a PDF copy. You would think that a 30 minute tax return that someone pays hundreds of dollars for would cover your time and their "use" of your "software/cloud storage" costs. To say that you would need to "fire up" the software as if it was on some 1990 computer in this day and age is laughable. It would take you no longer than 5 minutes to help someone out but you choose to stiff someone so you can get more money. I wish you the best of luck but I will definitely never recommend you and I hope people see how you will rip them off if they need help.
