Cannot recommend this company. They absolutely do not respect your time as a worker. VERY low pay. This company is one of those bottom feeder IT firms. You'll do much better getting in touch with a company closer to the source of work. As someone else mentioned, the positive reviews are from employees. I just checked their LinkedIn profiles. Of course they'll have positive things to say about it; they're making all the money! Pay the field techs better, or they'll all go make more delivering pizzas or answering tech support questions in a call center.

I use to have respect for this company. If I wanted to expose some of the stuff that happen to me during my time working with them as a contractor and in office IT professional. I don't think allot of people working there will be happy to know they will be out of a job. But, I will say this. They use techs to the end and don't pay them any money what so ever. I have seen how much they make on a job and how much they pay a tech. example " $2200 maybe paid on a job site and they may pay the tech $200. Now less not forget this site may have to be driven miles or out of state. I myself have been all over the states and country as a employee and contractor. If I wanted to sue I have the right. I did more than just my job. I was doing 3 to 4 jobs and getting scraps and chips. While everyone else was getting trips to expensive dinners and outings. But one of there employee's told me her kind and family didn't like my kind. But, was she fired???? No she was moved to Florida. I left due to allot of things. I felt hurt and dishonored. I put my trust in the owners and the staff and found out that everyone there was back stabbing. another thing that baffled me was I was the only blackman that worked within the office, but instead they threw me in there of site building where it was only me and 2 other people. Less than a year they closed that building and I was basically working from my home and car. They made it seem like I had a office space to work out of, but I didn't. If you guys seen how they played the game you'll understand. I recommend you find another IT source company to deal with. If your looking to outsource your IT and hire techs. Look else where. Techs are what keep this company going. They disrespect to technicians and there families are what's going to bring it down. Second, I have years within this company since 2008 when they started til 2018. I didn't see at the start, but when I started doing in house work was when my eyes was opened. Also the replies on this page is from employee's not clients, just a reminder.

I was told that I was 'Unprofessional" because I backed out of an interview with a client. So I guess I should have gone ahead with a job I didn't want. That makes sense. I was also told that I would be removed from the smartsource database. This recruiter must not know of the considerable competition there is between recruiting firms. Who cares if I'm removed from smartsource. What a feeble threat. And how unprofessional is that.

Most unethical business practices I have seen in a long time. They use independent contractors in ways that are considered misclassification under IRS guidelines and when I tried to collect on thousands of dollars of work that I was stiffed on, they approach me with offering to pay it if I sign a non compete agreement and forcing independent contractors to sign non compete agreements is a big no no under the law.
