Their service is great. Marie-Clotilde and Sara were extremely friendly and helpful. The visits were efficiently organized and my preferences were fully taken into account. I also liked 75% of the flats I saw a lot, and ended up in a great apartment. Can recommend this 100%.

I found Smart Relocation on the internet over in London. They were very quick to respond to my needs and were extremely efficient about getting the ball rolling on the house search. Smart relocation obviously spent time picking apartments that matched my criteria and everything I saw was something I would live in, which made the search very difficult!! What I would say is that you could go to a larger relocation agent but smart relocation are so personal and they understand and care for your needs, which is what you need when you are locating. Sara, who heads up the business, is so fun and personable and she will give every moment she has to make sure you find the perfect home which is something I don't think you'll find in another company.

Amazing! I had no idea what I was getting into when moving to Paris from NYC. Sara and her team helped me find an amazing apartment, deal with all the crazy paperwork (in French), get me a bank account, rent temporary furniture and obtain a carte vitale. I don't know how I would have been able to manage all of it on my own. And the team is super lovely to work with - with is a major, major plus!

It was excellent, they were very helpful before, during and even after the process of getting an apartment was completed. I can honestly say that if it hadn't been for Smart Relocation I would still be trying to get an apartment and wouldn't even know how to hire services. They solved everything for me, always answered to my questions very fast and have made my arriving and settling in France an excellent experience. It is definitely a service worth hiring!

As the time went on, my wife and I were having difficulties finding a new place to live. Those problems were once gone when we found about Smart Relocation.Since then, a couple of weeks later we were already signing papers of our new home.I want to thanks Sara, Christine and the rest of the team as they were magnificent doing their job.

An excellent service, I had prepared for a months long endeavour looking for a new apartment but Smart Relocation managed to find me an apartment in record time after my move. They even followed up by helping me to set up internet and energy contracts for the apartment and remain just a phone call away for further assistance. I could not have asked for more!

Smart relocation offered the most excellent service resulting in me moving into a great apartment within 12 days of arriving in Paris. I would specifically like to commend Valerie who helped me at every step, provided excellent professional advice and assisted in liaison with the letting agency, insurance brokers, electricity company and was there on the day of signing the contract to advise accordingly.
