Once I've referred them here they never go to anyone else. They send me reminders for important dates and even have a newsletter that guides you with important information. I feel as if I'm qualified to process my own returns since I've gained so much knowledge. Recommendations for future customers:Be proactive when you get notices and consult with them before going to deal with the IRS directly. These guys have always taken care of all my tax related questions and issues.
