They couldn't give less of a damn about their employees if they tried. I missed a 2 days, once due to health issues they knew about beforehand, and once due to my grandmother having emergency surgery. I called in both times and was still "terminated". Working as a stripper is better than working here.Screw. This. Place.

Not sure who the people are that left bad reviews but my experience is that it's a great place to work. There are some tough days, just like any other job, but overall I enjoy working there. I've never had an issue with any coach or manager. Just show up and do the job you're paid for is really all that is expected.

My daughter is applying for a job here. Everyone was so very nice and helpful when I had to use the restroom. She said her interview was with a very personable woman and it was a good environment. I hope she gets the job

They always say people first but they don’t really help you in time of need. Leadership is very rude and unprofessional.

Alright place to work, plenty opportunities for growth and certain campaigns even give you certification that Sitel pays for as long as you stay. Benefits could be better but otherwise a well rounded call center environment.

I plan on applying there once I move to Oak Ridge, so I checked out comments here, and on other sites. From what I have seen on All sites over all is that they are pretty good. I have seen a couple comments about absence policy and Most Good paying jobs enforce it (in this area, S L, Formall, and Eagle bend who all pay almost double Minimum wage, have same strict policies). 2 cases of cheating spouses (sorry, I see that in EVERY job out there anymore, its not a jobs fault, but the person cheating and their morals.) One reason most places forbid work place romance. I had the chance to work at home 2 years ago with them for Toys R Us. The training was long, boring (hard to get excited when sitting in a back room at home tbh) but they made sure you passed each stage before moving on to the next (My home PC crapped out so had to stop). For now, my opinion is high enough that I am going to give it a shot there (I have mostly been a truck driver all my life, so not use to a lot of people around but do like to talk to people and help them out). If I get on there and have a different opinion, I will post it then.

Sitel is a joke and all it is where peopel can cheat on their spouses and love one's wouldn't recommend anybody working there only if he actually wanted to break up a family and cheat on your spouse and your loved ones
