Who knows what they’re like because they (Kayla) never call when they’re supposed to. For 2 miserable mornings you sit waiting for someone (Kayla) to call and nothing. Then, they (Kayla) give no explanation or email any apologies. Yet on Facebook and Yelp they’re all (phony) smiles, posing like this great big happy family wearing their (fake) hard hats like they’re such hard workers and servants of the job industry. It’s people like (Kayla) who give job recruiters a bad name and respected like used car salesmen. They need to hire a more reliable staff and send the unreliable ones (Kayla) back to the job market to know how it feels, maybe then they’ll appreciate what it’s like having a job instead of taunting others in a repressed job market. I would have given no stars for this review but that option isn’t available. When it comes to technical services, Sirius isn’t very serious!

I can not say enough good things about this company, and the ladies that work there. I have been a contractor of Sirius Technical for many years, and they have never let me down. My account manager, Mellisa, has been an absolute Godsent. She has followed through with everything she said she would do, and has proven time and time again that she is genuine, professional, and truly cares for the employees of Sirius. I have called and texted at all hours of the day, and all days of the week and she is always pleasant and greets me with eagerness to help! My original recruiter has since moved on from Sirius so Mellisa put me in touch with Kimberly Mathis. Kimberly was extremely helpful, and timely with responses. She listened to me, and guided me with my professional resume. The ladies of Sirius are a true joy to work with and I encourage anyone looking for employment to call them!

Toxic work environment if you are an in-house employee!! They only care about their contractor employees!! Owners are oblivious to everything!! They fire people for absolutely no reason whatsoever, they keep the ones who are horrible workers all because they are afraid the worker will sue them, they promote unqualified people and they don’t deserve to be in business!! They are AWFUL to work for! It starts out as a great place to work for, they paid good, hours are great, etc. They make you think they actually care about you, THEY DONT!! The minute they get the chance they stab you in the back!! The new COO claims to be a Christian but hey drops the F Bomb every day at work... very hostile work environment!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

If you are a contracted employee, Sirius is great! They take great care of their contractors. If you are an internal staff member however the experience is awful. There is so much favoritism certain employees and among the departments. Recruiters get facials and massages, and lunches on company time and money while other departments get nothing. The recruiting department and the managers come and go as they please leaving other departments doing all the work. Management is way under qualified. They’re more worried about money then they are their employees. The owners are secretly trying to sell the company and lay employees off while making everyone do more work. Way too much gossip and drama among the clicks in the office. Plus the managers are useless. They promote unqualified people.

I worked shutdown for 5 and a half months. Never missed a day and worked.84 hours a week. My mother was dying so I had to quit 3 weeks before my job ended. She died shortly after that. I havent been offered another job in nearly 8 months. Not even an interview. The treatment by other contract staff who had been in positions of 10 years or more and working same location as me was unbearable at times, and we were supposed to be equals. Same pay across the board. Not having worked in nearly 8 months I took a chance to apply for unemployment and Sirius said NO to that. And yes...I was way more than qualified.Its friends hiring friends. The most qualified dont get hired. If Sirius only knew what the employer said about them....lol...
