I first met Nic in 1991 when I started my business. Nic and his staff guided me through periods of dramatic growth and catastrophic declines. In spite of bankruptcy in 2010 I remain a loyal Simonic client who counts on the advice and guidance that has kept me financially secure and safe from any miscommunication from various government agencies. Nic and his team were constantly aware of changes in regulations that impacted me financially and emotionally. An $18,000 bill from the Department if Revenue was researched at no cost and referenced as "ignore". During Chapter 7 there is a sensitivity to financial attacks that I was able to weather. I maintain my contact with Simonic Ratnecht and Associates and will until I completely retire.
