Simply Storage is an outstanding, well maintained facility run by wonderful people. Cindi the manager is the absolute best. Renting a unit and then vacating it was straightforward, it really couldn't have been any easier. I stored my furniture in a climate controlled unit for several months and never had a concern of any kind. If you need storage, don't hesitate to rent here!

I know the manager of Short Pump Simply Storage through business connections and recommended my parents to this facility due to the professionalism and pride that the management takes in their facility. I helped my parents move some things into storage and have been blown away by the cleanliness of this facility.The staff treats EVERYONE like family, and is so warm and welcoming. Great place... better people! You can't go wrong here!

I would highly recommend Short Pump Simply Storage! The facility is clean and well maintained. The employees are helpful, friendly, and always have smiles on their faces! I've enjoyed my experience renting here and would be sure to rent again if needed!

Pl fo Not Rent this place.Family work here and knowing insurance company they use do not cover anything but theft did not disclosed to me above fact.I wasted over $3000 on Storage plus Insurance and had $15000 damage due to RATS URINE and I reported to Storage facility plus reported to insurance After wasting 5 hrs in taking pics including documents, agent called me saying they are denying due to rodent damage not cover their insurance I am 200 % sure employee working there mother and daughter knows the fact about having rodent and damage due to rodent will not be cover but they both will not disclose this info Simply they want their Storage to be full 100%If anyone renting unit in Simply Storage st glen allen or anywhere else, pl take it somewhere else and find better Insurance.Insurance they use is BADER, they are scammers.Stay away!
