The agency I have been working for during the past 3 years use Ship Shape to pay me, PAYE. Wages have been accurate and on time, similarly with holiday pay which is more than can be said for other employers.

As a client with a small payroll to fulfill, I expected many times for them to be dismissive or slow to respond, knowing that they have lots of clients to serve. But they made themselves available by phone and email readily, and were friendly and helpful long after I expected them to begin to blow me off. My most sincere thanks to James and his team.

I’ve been working with James and the staff at Ship Shape Resources for some time now and have come to appreciate their attention to detail and timely response on all communication. James was very helpful when by agency supplied incorrect details. Great to work with!

Been a client of Ship Shape Resources for 3 years using their PEO, employee benefits and payroll services. Ship Shape's fees are lower than most. Sold service, no complaints. Been in a couple human resource jams over the years and they have come to the rescue!

I got a job via an agency with this umbrella company - worst EVER. They take nearly £480 from me !!!! It's a total joke, nearly half my wages gone!!! Plus I get paid weekly, so they take over £100 weekly... Its a joke. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY !!! At first I thought it was ok but I didn't look into the minor details at first until I started getting paid.. then realised what conning b*****s they are! Not even worth 1 star if you ask me... Luckily, I have just moved to another umbrella company and they have estimated at least another £30 a week... so I am hoping this is true !Thanks for the reply Ship Shape, but still does not improve anything. You take £14.90 a week for admin fees? .. Its nearly £80 a month out of my hard earned money to pay someone else to pay me? I don't understand it. Its a rip off ! Then I am charged Apprenticeship Levy, Empoyer Tax, Employee Tax, Employee NI.... I am paying for a service I don't want... I have worked for many agencies before and never had this problem !!!Also, as you can see from all the other reviews on here... they are all the same !

Dont even really want to give them 1 star. 1 stars to much if you ask me for the bs they talk. Late payment this not there fault that. Avoid uding if you can

Worst agency ever! If you go through this miserable company you will split your wages in half with them! 40% to them and the rest if you're lucky to you. You have been warned!

The absolute worst umbrella company I have ever had the misfortune to use. Late payments, lies and apathy seem to be the order of the day. Unhelpful staff. No complaints dept.(I wonder why!)Irresponsible and aloof! Refuse point blank to use these charlatans!
