Phone manner is disgraceful never confirm payments. They work with another company which in turn them seem to fob you from one to another. Very unprofessional service especially when you work dam hard. If I could rate less I would.. oh and update from earlier now I've been told by the company they work with to speak with an Alex and surprise surprise you can't talk to Alex directly. So ridiculously unprofessional and darn right rude!

They will rob you, in day light. they took £18 from me on a days wage 9 hours of work. not once but twice ! disgusted. very bad, horrendous staff when you call them, one person says one thing and you call back later another person says something else. really bad management & staff. don't trust your money with these people.

Have been paid by Shield for last two years now, money always on-time and no problems. Lot better than previous payroll company.

Thses people are a joke, I only went over the limit of 12 pounds by 50p and they charged me over 70 pounds for them to pay me my wages. 12 pounds or below you get paid through getmypayslip which is better as they do not take any money off of you.

Its totaly jok i need to gor 109£ but i got 84, i call and ask to send payslip, waiting 2 week but nothing , i'm not happy don't work with this company

AVOID AT ALL COST. Complete, utter, lie. From beginning you are told they will charge you 7.50 a week. But in reality they took almost 100 pounds from my weekly pay. No responsibility, very rude customer service.
