Overall Feedback:
Bob Sherlock is Very unprofessional. We had spoken on the phone about a year and a half ago when i was starting my business and spoke about tax preperations. Fast forwarding to today. I contact him again and he starts off the convo with he is very busy, which is acceptable it is prime tax season. Then he states that i didn’t call him to do my taxes with him last year and i explained that it was because i had attended a tax seminar the previous year that included tax preparation for that year. That’s why i didn’t call him last year but am trying to do business this year .. finally he continues to say we spoke about fees and we are out of your league. Which is completely not true and how much can it really cost to get taxes prepared. So instead of just saying he had to much work and couldn’t take on another client he started to make excuses and actually insult me by saying we couldn’t afford his services .. very unprofessional .. i never right reviews specially negative ones but i needed to get this one out. I have never been treated like that before so beware if your thinking about doing business with this CPA
