By day 20 they admitted they never started?! I waited 21 days just to cancel and pick up my files. Our accountant claimed she didn’t have a moment ( even to tell us she was too backed up ) so basically expected us to wait another 20 days on top of the first 20?! To have them file the extension form charge also is a seperate $100 fee. They could have warned us it could take over a month because they are booked solid but instead that fact was explained after they cashed our payment. I would never trust a pay us a deposit fee first tax office.
