Eeek, avoid at all costs. They claim to be a family business that cares and yet exhibit a care only for their own bottom dollar. They make claims and promises and yet all are empty if not downright deceptive. HR is unprofessional and their policies violate basic human rights (ex: giving a write up for a medical emergency call out on labor day, even after much documentation was provided and a plea with management and HR was made, but it's under 3 days so no FMLA so we just get to deal with it). They do not care about their employees or the product that they handle. Ive regretted every iota of energy that I've sent shamrocks way. I hope I can save someone else the same troubles.

They do not honor appointments. Have no regard for drivers time. Stay away. 8am appt. now 10am still no door. This place needs to be shut down. Dont know if Shamrock is the problem or Capstone. It's starting to look like this place could end up ranking 1or 2 on the worst place I have ever unloaded. 11:10 just got a door. This place sucks. 2:00 pm been in a door not quite 3 hours maybe 1/2 unloaded. I'm thinking that Shamrock has taken 1st place for worst place I've ever unloaded.

If you getting Avocados- they start to processing only after 12am.Don’t come early. You can park on staging area. Extremely slow. Appointment 12. Door assigned at 1. Unloading 3pm (4 palettes!) paperwork 4pm.
